Love this coffee.

Customer service, beverage, and food is great.

By far the best managed Dunkin Donuts I've been to. Friendly and fast service, clean building, and the coffee seems to always be fresh.

Its dunkin, and of course I would go back but the service wasn't the greatest. I maybe should have just went through the drive though but was trying to not be lazy. oh well, my coolata was delicious. (Btw, DONT get DD apple fritters..they aren't that good).

I waited for about 10 minutes for 3 coffee and I wasn't even asked if I wanted them iced or not they just did it anyway

I will not be coming there anymore for coffee and food it's hard to mess up a large hot 2 suger no cream but they did it here. And my food was wrong I ordered an everything bagel with bacon and a power House sandwich and they were wrong. Tried to give it another go made it real simple 2 for 2 wraps both were still frozen in the center. Never had problems when Ben was there staff is no longer capable of making even easy coffee.

Excellent service, as usual. No complaints.

Fast service tasty foods

I work in Ogdensburg from time to time and always stop in at this location on my way home. The staff here is very customer service oriented and make the best coffee. They are also so honest that it’s probably bad for business (but I love it). It also helps that the grounds are well maintained, as that can be a reflection on how the inside is taken care of.

Worst Dunkin' Donuts ever. They never have donuts stocked and they are horrible at making any hot or cold beverage. I've coffees are too sweet and hot coffee are too creamed. They never have Boston Cream donuts!!!

Very friendly staff at this location. Always greeted with a smile on the way in - and a farewell on the way out.

Great service and very delicious coffee. This location is a bit smaller than most Dunkin Donuts so the donut selection is a bit smaller. Service e us very fast and efficient and the location is very convenient for your commute to work or just to grab a quick coffee through out the day to keep you going.

Always good food and drinks but sometimes it's a little on the slow side for service. Other than that they are great

Friendly staff, but... Purchased a dozen doughnuts, seven different varieties. Every single one was dry, almost stale. Only 9:00 in the morning.

A very clean and friendly Dunkins. When I stopped in to get my birthday reward drink, and some munchkins, they gave me a couple extra for my birthday!! What uman unexpected, but greatly appreciated surprise!!

Meh. Sad donuts and bad coffee.

Service is good and usually quick. Orders come correct Biggest issue is the drive through. The final turn to the window is tight and if you have a long wheel base vehicle better off going inside. Needs to be wider and the light pole moved to make a wider turn to make the window without scrubbing curb or being far away from window. Just my opinion.

I absolutely love this Dunkin. Come down from Ottawa just to get a taste of their refreshing Iced Coffees. Also conveniently located next to shopping facilities. The facilities are modern, and clean. Drive thru is well maintained, and fast.

The donuts were very stale but apart from that we recieved wonderful customer service, extremely friendly staff.

Edit- I gave this location another try today waited fifteen minutes for four regular coffees, this place is so beyond slow!After waiting at the drive thru for five minutes without anyone taking our order we when across the street to McDonald's. Don't waste your time.

Good enough. Compared to places in other places I've been, the food is good enough. Drinks could be a bit better, though.

Service was fine but whoever engineered the construction of that place needs to get a refund from the university they went to. Very difficult to maneuver. Worst drive-through I've seen in the entire United States!!

I rarely buy donuts. But today I made an exception. Boy did I deserve it for breaking my rule. Donuts were stale! And I ordered a dozen! The ones that are supposed to be cream filled "headlights" were devoid of said filling. The "glaze" on the "munchkins" only covered one side 😆 what a laugh. If I ever get the urge for 🍩's again, I'm sticking to Tim Hortons or Price Chopper from now on. Staff were at the very least friendly. Hence the 2 stars. Otherwise it would be 1.

Great iced tea

They need to get rid of the drug addicts that work there. Most of the people there are high all day.

They have great coffee if you can't get to a Starbucks. Their bacon, egg and cheese bagels are very good also.

Very few options or donuts available, I know it was rush time, but it's a donut shop, have more cooking at least. Lady began I get my box without even Ski g the types I wanted, really who gets a dozen donuts of whatever kind the cashier wants. Wasn't thrilled with the service.

The staff are super sweet and they took the time to help me choose my first Dunkin donut!

They really need to improve staffing during the morning commute. 15-20 minutes in the drive through (not every day but pretty consistently) should be a solid indicator of this.

Great coffee

I’m not exaggerating when I say we were here for an hour from ordering to eventually receiving a refund for our drinks. It was the most painful experience of my life. Staff are completely incompetent. Incapable of making drinks. Which is literally their job..... I would rather lie down on a major series highway than go back to this dunkin.
